Crustless Pizza

Ingredients:

Pre-made pizza base
Tomato pizza sauce
Your choice of pizza toppings: (pepperoni, capsicum, sliced mushrooms, shredded ham, pineapple, anchovies, olives, basil leaves, mozzarella cheese, etc.)

Method:

• Place about 2 cups of water in the bottom of your microwave cooker.
• Spread the tomato pizza sauce over the pizza base and cover with your chosen combination of toppings excluding the cheese for later.
• Brush the base of the cooker with olive oil before placing the prepared pizza into the cooker. Cover the cooker and place in the microwave. Cook for 5 minutes on medium-high heat or until the toppings have softened. Remove from the microwave.
• Layer the cheese on top of the pizza. Cover again and microwave for a further three minutes. Serve.
